The product uses ASME SA249 TP304 stainless steel as the base tube material, with an aluminum outer fin layer typically formed through an extrusion process. During manufacturing, the aluminum fin material is mechanically bonded onto the outside surface of the tube, creating a tight contact between the fin and tube wall.

This structure improves heat transfer efficiency while providing enhanced protection against environmental corrosion. These extruded finned tubes are widely used in air-cooled heat exchangers, industrial cooling systems, petrochemical plants, power facilities, and process equipment.


Product Structure and Manufacturing Principle

The extruded finned tube consists of:
